SEL (Sevenoaks Estates Limited) was established in 1998 with the aquisition of its offices in Sevenoaks. The primary business back then was the development of overseas property agencies specialising in the emerging property investment markets found throughout the Mediterranean.  Demand in the early years was focussed mainly on Spanish Off Plan developments where investors were able to make substantial profits as the land values and property prices were increasing month by month. After a number of years of growth the prices levelled out and ultimately dropped during the 2008 worldwide crash.  As an expansion of its interest in the Spanish property market, SEL  was also involved in a number of exciting ventures in the following countries: Morocco, Thailand, Dubai and the Bahamas.

In addition SEL has extensive expertise in UK property development, construction, planning and design. We have overseen a number of projects from smaller refurbs to large detached new build developments.  We are expanding our level of involvement in all property investment opportunities both overseas and here in the UK.   Other connected businesses are:
